Finer Sun Protection For Your Choices

Do you think that the bottoms of this summer’s bottles will do the trick, since you only have your face to protect from the sun? But after dragging in the sand and under the heat, and then being stored in a hot and humid bathroom for several months, it’s a safe bet that the protective filters they contain are no longer effective. Especially since the solar used on the beach is not necessarily suitable for the mountains. The use of kem chống nắng hàn quốc is essential here.

Your Smartest Choices

You may not be able to take the test at home, but in terms of cosmetics, a special sunscreen mountain and a lambda sunscreen have nothing to do. The first have a dense and creamy texture when the seconds are formulated to be as light as possible.

Why this difference?

Simply because the needs are not the same, so the formulas of care change. In a sunscreen beach, we find mainly chemical sunscreens (Tinosorb S and M, Mexoryl). The advantage is that they allow the formula a quick penetration into the epidermis.

On the contrary, sunscreens for the mountain combine these same sunscreens chemicals inorganic screens, which do not penetrate completely into the epidermis and leave on the face this effect “plaster” which is certainly not very pleasant. But in doing so, they act as thousands of small mirrors on the skin, returning the UV rays to limit their impact. This kind of formula offers optimal protection over a broad spectrum against short and long UVAs which represent 95% of UV radiation penetrating the atmosphere and responsible for skin aging. Of course, the 5% of UVB received on Earth and responsible for tanning (and therefore burns) are also countered.

Just like in anti-aging sunscreens, high doses of antioxidants, such as vitamin E or alpha glucosyl rutin, are found in mountain formulas. Last difference, there are more nourishing and / or soothing agents such as glycerin or panthenol, but also emollients like glycerides coconut. Indeed, facing the cold and the wind, the skin needs more comfort.

What protection for me?

UV exposure is highest in the mountains, so do not take risks and choose the right solar index. For this, refer to your phototype, know that there are six in total: red, blonde turning red, common blonde, Asian, Mediterranean and black. Opt for SPF 50 protection at the beginning of your stay – except for the Mediterranean and black phototypes. It is ditto for children. Others will be content with a SPF index of 30. At the end of the journey, and only if your skin has tanned, you may be able to use SPF protection. Question application, be generous on the amount of product, and remember to return every two hours to a minimum. Also remember to protect your lips. Without sebaceous glands, they dry out and become fragile even faster than the skin when exposed to cold and sun. A balm very fat and with solar filters will prevent them from chapping. Finally, whatever your phototype, the protection of your eyes must be a priority. Glasses or mask, you choose your side, provided that the protection index is between 3 and 4.
